Moon Magic!

Mishalina, an artist living in Japan, heard about fistula through a friend and wanted to help women suffering from this condition.

At the time, she was organizing a multi-ethnic concert – Moon Magic – in Tokyo and decided to turn it into a fundraiser for the Campaign to End Fistula. The music was paired with a presentation on fistula and materials on the issue were distributed. More than 50 people were in attendance, raising more than $800 for the Campaign.

Mishalina (pictured, right) is shown here presenting the cheque to a UNFPA staff member.
